England & Wales Cricket Board use the MP-eye to test macular pigment levels in national and county teams across the country. They score better than a sample of the average population, reflecting their increased fitness and diet, but still a proportion of the players would benefit from increasing their macular pigments through diet or supplements and protecting their eyes from blue light with sunglasses, hat and blue filtering lenses.
